Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

English Oak Studios is a small handmade business based in Mission, British Columbia, Canada. All products are crafted in small batches and may vary slightly in colour, texture, or design due to their handmade nature. 

2. Orders

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. 

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another when it is dispatched. 

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., due to stock issues or incorrect pricing). 

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars). 

  • Payment is due at checkout and accepted via major credit/debit cards. and PayPal (via Wix Payments). 

  • Prices may be updated without prior notice. 

4. Shipping

  • We currently ship within Canada. 

  • Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. However, delivery times can vary depending on the distance between the origin and destination, as well as other factors like holidays and peak seasons. 

  • English Oak Studios is not responsible for delays caused by postal services. 

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, we only accept returns for damaged or incorrect items. 

  • If there’s a problem with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. 

  • Items must be returned unused and in original condition.

6. Product Information

  • All items are handmade and may feature slight variations. These are not considered defects but part of the charm of handcrafted goods. 

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including images, text, and designs, is the property of English Oak Studios and may not be copied or used without permission.
