All our items are made from scratch so do take longer than off the peg mass produced items. Due to this, orders take around 14 working days to arrive, though we always endeavour to get them made and on their way to you as quickly as possible. 

International ordering is available, and shipping options and additional overseas charges are calculated at checkout according to what is being ordered.  Please note that customs charges, taxes, import duty, etc. that are charged by the country of destination are payable by the customer and not by English Oak Studios.

Prices are clearly stated on the website and vary according to size and items ordered. Prices may change but are always clearly visible and transparent on each item.

All orders are subject to acceptance and to availability of the goods ordered. 

English Oak Studios is entitled to refuse and refund any order placed by you for any reason.

Time or dates stated for delivery is an estimate. We do make every effort to dispatch goods on time, but do not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated time.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please return the goods to us in the original condition with copy of the original dispatch note. 

Items must be returned to us within 28 days of delivery; we will then process your refund minus postage and packaging.
